III. Service Description
Valodrop is an independent entertainment platform where users can spend VP to open virtual cases and obtain in-game items for use in Valorant.
The site does not facilitate real-money item trading, Steam trade, or any gambling-related functionality such as case battles.
Items acquired through Valodrop are purely cosmetic and have no monetary value.
IV. User Eligibility
The service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.
If you are underage according to your jurisdiction, do not use the service. Violating this rule will result in permanent account suspension.
V. Virtual Currency (VP) and Deposits
Users may purchase VP using real money. VP is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or converted into real-world currency.

Deposits must originate from legal sources. Funds obtained illegally or fraudulently are strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination and potential legal action.

Valodrop reserves the right to reset or adjust wallet balances in the case of fraud or abuse.
VIII. Anti-Abuse Policy
Exploiting bugs, manipulating case mechanics, using automated tools (bots), or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Violators may face suspension or permanent account bans, with no refund rights.
The platform may implement anti-fraud and bot detection systems.
IX. KYC & AML Compliance
We may request identity verification (KYC) if suspicious behavior or payment issues arise.
KYC documents are used solely for verification and are not stored permanently.
