With the Settings page

If you are a guest account (first registered with Google), you can change your username. (If you registered with Google, you will be given a temporary nickname, which you can change here).

Can change your profile photo.

You can change and verify your email.

You can turn on two-step verification on your account. Two-step verification is done through applications such as Google Auth.

From the Preferences tab in Settings

For Turkish users: You can add invoice information. If you do not add billing information, your invoices will not reach you via email or will not be issued to your name and surname.
