How to Withdraw

To make a Withdraw, open the inventory from the top right, select item(s) and then click on the “WIthdraw” button at the bottom.

Select the VP codes you want to receive according to the price of the items, the excess amount will be automatically transferred to your balance.

For example After withdrawing the 500VP item as 475VP code, the remaining 25VP will be transferred to your balance.

Then you can find your auto-delivered codes in the Orders section on the Profile page after you click withdraw.

Important note: Valodrop has changed, now VP code withdrawal is done only and only with items, not with balance. Only cash register opening operations can be performed with the balance.

There is no refund of the deposited balance.
